Hi, I’m Dana Smith.
I have been involved in aerial arts since 2014 and love sharing my passion for it with others through teaching and performing. I was the co-founder of FEAT Acrobatics in Des Moines, IA and now the proud owner of Ammon Aerial Arts.
If you have ever wanted to run away and join the circus, now is your chance! But, you don’t have to run away to do it. I have brought the wonderful world of aerial arts to the Idaho Falls area. I teach aerial silks and aerial hoop (lyra) and teach any age, gender, or skill level out there. I truly feel if you have a passion for something you should go for it and share it with all those around you.
My Approach
It all begins with you! I truly believe anyone can do this as long as it is something you enjoy. You go at whatever speed you feel comfortable with. You will get out of class whatever you are willing to put into it. It can be painful at times, you will get bruises, fabric burn, and a sore body but these are things you will learn to wear like a badge of honor. We are all here to lift each other up mentally, and sometimes even physically ;)

Build it
Consistency is key. The more you are practicing, the better you are going to get and the faster you will get there. We never compare ourselves to others, only to where you were, where you are, and where you want to be.
